OUR FOUNDER

Elizabeth has more than 15 years working experience with global brands in the United States, United Arab Emirates, and China. Her hospitality career began with the Walt Disney World College Program in fine dining and has since worked with the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Studios Orlando, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and most recently The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong as the EAM of Rooms.

While in China, she has worked to support The J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott Foundation China Hospitality Education Initiative as a guest speaker, workshop facilitator, and student mentor and has completed an intensive Mandarin Language Program at Fudan University in Shanghai, P.R.C.

In 2018, Elizabeth launched Inspire Hospitality, which is a consultancy that supports clients to elevate their brands through service training and creating customer-focused service cultures. Her company has since grown to include hosting the annual Inspire Women in Hospitality Forum in Shanghai that was created for the purpose of bringing together men and women in the hospitality industry, inspire them to grow in their careers, and help them develop the future leaders within their teams.
